2. Intellectual Property & User License

Unless otherwise stated, Bhima Apps and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all software code, visual assets, presets, templates, and UI designs in our applications. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

• You may download and install our applications for personal, non-commercial use on your Android devices.
• You retain full commercial ownership of any original artwork, posters, business cards, photos, or graphic designs created using our creative suites.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the application binaries or proprietary template packages without explicit written consent.

3. User-Generated Content & Storage

All photos, custom text, design layers, reminders, and user inputs created within our applications remain stored locally on your device storage. Bhima Apps does not claim ownership over your personal creations or uploaded images.

4. Third-Party Advertisements & Services

Our free applications may display third-party advertisements served by verified ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bhima Apps, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our applications or games.
